nikon 087A speaker at various retreats, church groups and youth ministry workshops, I have a God given passion for encouraging and empowering people toward finding purpose, healing and identity through the Holy Spirit as they pursue life in an imperfect world.

Speaking venues include pulpit supply, women’s retreats, parenting workshops, MOPS, women’s groups.

Current topics:
Building Godly families (with small group discussion material) Raising children has always been challenging. As you know, there is no instructional guide. (ironic, isn’t it?) However, there are scriptural truths we can incorporate. Utilizing my experience as a youth pastor, gleaning wisdom from my own parenting journey, and wisdom I’ve picked up along the way, you will learn strategies for leading your children to scriptural foundations.

Lilllies of the Field (women’s retreat oriented but can be broken down). Worry can quickly grasp our hearts and minds as we navigate our everyday moments. Yet, in Luke 12:27, we are reminded that God’s desire is to provide for our needs. If the wild flowers radiate God’s provision, how much more beauty will we adorn? Based on Luke 12 and incorporating four characteristics of God, you will recognize why worry can be set aside.

Unwrapping the Gifts of Christmas (optional small group discussion questions) What are your expectations of the Christmas season? Discouragement and anxiety may prevail if we aren’t looking for the ways Jesus’ birth intersects our realities. Based on Romans 15:13, we will explore the gifts of hope, peace, and joy.
Help! This is Not What I Expected!-Nuggets of wisdom and encouragement as well as resources for persevering and finding peace when a child’s mental health needs impact the whole family. This workshop will include both presentation and interactive segments.

Topics are not limited to above list. I would love to talk to you!
